Business Capitalization and Expansion

Business Transformation

We were tasked with unique mandates to guide the transformation of public sector organizations and to modernize approaches to the use of public assets and infrastructure. These assignments were conducted under widely differing circumstances around the world and required the ability to define and implement change in different economic and cultural circumstances. In each situation, we identified and communicated initiatives across financial, technical, and administrative disciplines, and ensured that changes were rooted in established legislation and mandates.

Business and Property Valuation

We advised public agencies and private investors at critical stages of complex transactions, including coordination of innovative procurement processes, identification of unique approaches to mitigate risks, and offering expert opinion and evidence at trial. In particular, we provided unique insights into the valuation of specialized public assets and infrastructure.

Group of People

Corporate Management

In a senior management role in a major North American city, we established a new division and guided the development of a comprehensive suite of administrative, financial, and technical improvements in the way the city, allied agencies, and third parties jointly planned and delivered a multi-billion-dollar capital program. We fostered an unprecedented degree of inter-agency and inter-disciplinary collaboration involving more than 100 planning, engineering, construction, and financial management personnel, and which guided the work of several hundred professional and technical staff. These transformative corporate improvements were achieved while simultaneously increasing public awareness of, and access to, user-friendly tools that explained and illustrated details of capital spending and impact on residents, businesses, and commuters.
